A name, phone number, or address entered in a search form is sent to the third-party provider that supplies those results. Our servers do not keep a copy of those search entries. If you contact us, we receive the information in your message and use it to respond.

Hosting services create routine logs such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. We review that information in aggregate for site operation and to understand which resources visitors use. Cookies or comparable tools may support basic analytics and, where applicable, advertising measurement.

Safeguards and Retention
The site uses an encrypted connection, and logs are retained only for the operational purposes described here. Because there are no site accounts, we do not maintain visitor passwords or account profiles that could be exposed through this site.

This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from people under 18. If a minor has sent us information, contact us so it can be deleted.

Pennsylvania has no identified general consumer-privacy or data-broker deletion law that creates a universal right to remove a resident listing. For information this site itself keeps, request access, correction, or deletion through the Contact page; we will review our contact mailbox and applicable logs. Official records require the process of the responsible custodian. The Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law, Act 3 of 2008, 65 P.S. §§ 67.101-67.3104, governs qualifying agency-record requests, but it does not override record-specific limits. Birth and death access follows Vital Statistics Law of 1953 § 801, 35 P.S. § 450.801; public voter information is controlled by 25 Pa.C.S. § 1404; the Pennsylvania Address Confidentiality Program is governed by 23 Pa.C.S. §§ 6701 et seq.; and motor-vehicle data is limited by 75 Pa.C.S. § 6114 and the federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, 18 U.S.C. §§ 2721-2725.
